SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING

All orders within Australia will receive Free Express Shipping.

All orders outside of Australia will need to pay a $20AUD fee for Express International Shipping. 

2. CHANGES TO ORDERS

Unfortunately, we are not able to make changes to any orders once they have been made.

If your change is in regards to an additional purchase, please put through a new order. 

3. EXPRESS SHIPPING

At ALCAPOC, we only use Express Delivery. This is because we understand the need for our customers to have their ALCAPOC goods as soon as possible. We want to make your experience as seamless as possible because we know how important it is to be prompt with delivery.

4. GUIDELINE FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING:

Australia Metro:            1-4 Business Days

Australia Regional:       3-6 Business Days

Australia Remote:        3-10 Business Days

International:                EMS International Express 

Shipping times are a guideline only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (COVID-19, Peak Periods, Sales), due to adverse weather, or due to delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond ALCAPOC’s reasonable control. 

We promise that we will get the product to you as soon as we can.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Friday). 

Online orders are processed and shipped from Sydney, Australia and so we follow any New South Wales Public Holidays.  

5. DISPATCH TIMES

We will always try to dispatch products to you as soon as possible. We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 1-3 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated. Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. 

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed over the next business day (Monday – Fridays). 

Note: During peak periods, same day dispatch may not be applicable whilst our teams work to prepare your ALCAPOC order.

6. TRACKING

You will receive an Order Confirmation that we have received your order as soon as you place your order. Note that this does not mean your order has been accepted or dispatched.

After your order is processed by ALCAPOC, a separate Shipping Confirmation will be sent to you via email to confirm that your goods have been processed, accepted and on its way. The Shipping Confirmation will contain information of how your goods can be tracked.

Once the goods have been delivered to you, you will receive a Confirmation Email that the goods have been delivered.

If you are unable to locate your tracking number, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please contact us at info@alcapoc.com.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on all parcels.

7. SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We are unable to process split shipments within one order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Experience team on info@alcapoc.com. 

9. PACKAGING

Our packaging is eco-friendly and biodegradable. We try not to use too much packaging so we can minimise the damage to our environment.

ALCAPOC Mailing Box: 100% Corrugated Board Box, printed with soy ink.

ALCAPOC Product Box: 100% Recycled European Paper stock, printed with soy ink. 

ALCAPOC Product Card: 100% Recycled European Paper stock, printed with soy ink. 

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We are accepting International Orders. On all orders, we will be shipping the orders out via Australia Post's Express Service. There is a flat fee of $20 AUD for all International Express orders.

Please input all the correct details so that the parcel is not returned back to ALCAPOC. 

ALCAPOC does not take any responsibility for customs and duties that are payable in the Country of the purchaser/receiver. Customs & Taxes vary from country to country and is the responsibility of the purchaser/receiver to bare. 

International delivery times vary from country to country, Australia Post will give you email updates at each step along the way. From when the courier company picks up the delivery, when it boards the plane, when it lands, clears customs in your country and finally when you receive the parcel. Rest assured, it is express post, and it will arrive at the fastest time possible.
